About Beeswing Lodge
Welcome to Beeswing, a unique and boutique country cottage in the heart of Northumberland National Park. Where the beauty of a star-studded sky can be observed in all its glory and where fallow deer roam freely against a stunning landscape of rolling hills, woodland, wildlife and flora and fauna.
Named in honour of the thoroughbred racehorse, Beeswing is nestled in an idyllic spot. Lovingly and thoughtfully renovated with a rustic yet modern charm, this is a truly exceptional retreat, where luxury and relaxation await you.

Billsmoor Park
Billsmoor Park is situated in a Northumberland National Park and is designated a site of special scientific interest (SSSI), due to its outstanding natural beauty, diverse landscape and incredible wildlife. Fallow Deer can be found in the park as well as Barn Owls, Cuckoo and Red Squirrels. There is so much to discover in this wonderful area.
History
Beeswing Lodge has a long and delightful history. Owned and run by the Carruthers family, some of whom still live on or near the Billsmoor Park area, the lodge was previously a hayshed, and was converted into a holiday cottage in 1993. Strong females feature predominately in the family and even in the name of the newly renovated property. Find out more about the illustrious past of this truly unique residence.
